After 3 days of using it i can say that battery time is quite goode (more that a day full full WiFi, bluetooth, 4G, etc), the quality of manufacturing is very, very good, it has a nice feel when you keep it in your hand, the software is very stable (it has MIUI 8.5) and he is updating OTA on MIUI 9 that offers only english and chinese languages. There are some bloatware in chinese but you can get rid of many of them simply by uninstalling them. Google Store can be installed very easy, by going to MiPlay then searching for Google Play. The quality of screen is more than OK and it offers amazing colors for an IPS screen. It is very bright and automatic brightness works perfect. And the main quality of this phone is his main camera that offers amazing photos especially when you use bokeh effects. The front facing camera offer good pictures but not very spectacular. Video recording is also pretty good but it suffers of an OIS stabilisation. Overall I'm more than satisfy. NB - I've owned before: Galaxy Note 3, Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, Galaxy Note 4, Redmi 4x

- No global ROM No quick charge
- Great construction and finish; Touch has great responsiveness; Screen is nothing more than great; MIUI (yes, I prefer MIui over pure android since it has many great features and customization options that the standard Android lacks); Camera in good light really shines and the depth effect is not a gimmick like other Chinese phones; Battery life is solid; Capacitive buttons that don't occupy screen space; The audio quality over headphones... WOW! Fingerprint reader is really, really fast like overall speed of the system; SD Card slot is a handy feature. TIP: for different languages than English and Chinese, use app MoreLocale 2 and it'll make Play Store and all the apps downloaded outside Mi App Store to be shown in your choosen language.
- Suggestion:
- 1 - Xiaomi could have been nicer if they decided to distribute an optional Global ROM on their Global site; 2 -Low light photos is a hit and miss: sometimes you'll get a good shot and more often you won't; 3 - Lacks digital (software) stabilization; You can't really complain at all when you think it costs $200 with 64gb and 4Gb of ram!
- Die Verarbeitung ist einfach spitze. Sowohl das abgerundeten Display, als auch die hochwertige Rückseite aus Aluminium in schwarz sehen absolut toll aus. Da das Mi A1 (Android One) baugleich ist und für das Gerät Android P garantiert wird, dürfte für das 5X auch auf längere Zeit - zumindest im Custom-Rom Bereich ein aktuelles Android gesichert sein. Ich bin vom Mi5 aufgrund eines Defektes gewechselt und absolut zufrieden. Es muss nicht unbedingt ein Flagship SoC der neusten Generation sein, wenn man mit einem SD 625 und einem vergleichsweise geringeren Akku solch geniale Laufzeiten erzielt.

- - hay veces que no reconoce la huella y toca desbloquearlo con patrón- no tiene el mejor sonido pero esta bien- no hay playstore pero con un tutorial en YouTube se soluciona - no trae idioma español pero con un tutorial se soluciona y estuve un buen tiempo con inglés y no tuve problema - tienes q comprártelo de ley con un buen case y glass se ve frágil no se puede pedir más por el excelente precio parece iPhone estoy encantado
- Really cool phone, I ordered the Chinese version since I wanted MIUI, rooted it and installed a custom European ROM, which works excellently. Not a single problem with this phone after almost a year of usage. The camera is good, not perfect though, since its portrait mode really lacks sharpness in medium-light conditions. It doesn't even work in low light conditions. The telephoto lens is really something, it's great for sightseeing photography, I loved it when I visited Prague, it helped me take marvelous photos of medieval architecture.

- Delivery and service: very good.Nice phone and very pretty. An update is offered on delivery but since nothing is normal for a global version.
